WMVG is arguably the the premier photography collection available in the NFT space at the moment. The collection, created by Drift, features the man himself climbing the tallest buildings in the coolest locations, and managing to capture the perfect shot (vans included) every time.

Drift’s story is one of adversity and resilience and that’s probably what makes his work so compelling. A look through his Twitter page will tell his story and I won’t spoil it by trying to tell it myself, although you can read about it in the thread below.

The man has been through a lot and has come out the other side stronger. His is a story of the power of the human spirit , as well as the power of NFTs. NFT technology helped to make his work, and also the work of many other photographers more accessible, and if you are an artist or creator yourself you should be taking notes.

The collection has been a hit with collectors for well over a year now and it doesn’t look like people will tire of it any time soon. With a floor price of 55 ETH at time of writing however, WMVG is not exactly affordable for all collectors, although we can (and do!) dream of owning a WMVG piece sometime in the future.

For those of us that can’t scrape together 55 ETH just now there is also an open edition which Drift put out to make his work more accessible to collectors . First Day Out provides a cheaper entry point to Drift’s work, and is a reasonably priced collectors item that could well be a flex to possess in ten years time.

Below is a link to the First Day Out collection.
