RTFKT Unveils Project Animus
RTFKT, a pioneering entity in the digital fashion and metaverse collectibles domain, has officially unveiled its much-anticipated collection, Project Animus. During this period, holders of Clone X, Space Pod, Loot Pod, Exo Pod, and Lux Pod NFTs could use a points-based system to enhance their chances of hatching rarer Animi. The total supply of Project Animus Eggs is capped at 20,000, with no plans for a public sale. Notably, 2,668 eggs were distributed to Clone X holders who registered via a form, and 211 eggs were awarded to select community members.
Post-Reveal Plans
Following the reveal, RTFKT plans to release a collection of unique Animus Artist Edition characters. Holders of Clone X Artist Edition NFTs are guaranteed one of these special editions. The distribution model for these Special Edition Animi includes 88 characters, categorized as 8 Mythic (Dragon Sakura), 40 Shiny, and 40 Ghost Animus. The allocation process is designed to be fair, with equal chances for all incubated Eggs, irrespective of their points.
The distribution strategy is as follows: 8 Special Edition Animi will go to Eggs incubated with a Clone X and Lux Pod, 7 to Eggs incubated with a Pod, 70 to Eggs incubated with a Clone X, and 3 to non-incubated Eggs. The remaining Animus characters, which include Special Edition Animi as well as Gen 1, Gen 2, and Gen 3 Cosmic and Murakami Element Animus, will be allocated to unincubated Eggs.
